Standard deployments have a one-time $500 setup fee. This covers installation, configuration, and initial connectivity. Enterprise deployments may have custom setup fees based on requirements.

What payment terms do you offer?

We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual payment terms. Annual contracts receive a 10% discount. Enterprise customers can arrange custom payment terms.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade at any time and changes take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What is included in the uptime SLA?

All plans include a 99.99% uptime SLA covering power and network availability. Enterprise plans can customize SLAs up to 99.999% with financial guarantees.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, volume discounts are available for multiple racks, multi-location deployments, and long-term contracts. Contact sales for a custom quote.

What happens if I exceed my bandwidth allowance?

Overage is billed at $0.10/GB. We provide usage alerts at 75% and 90% of your allocation. You can also upgrade to a higher tier at any time.
